 As a buyer in our online store, you have the right to exchange purchased goods without any compensation. You have to notify us in writing of the intended exchange of goods within 14 days after receiving the goods. We recommend a written notification to be send to our e-mail info@optimist.si, stating which products you would like to exchange, in order for us to reserve the desired ones for you. You have to return the goods to our address within 14 days after sending the notification of the intended exchange of goods. When returning the goods, you will pay for the costs, which resulted from returning the purchased products. We will send the exchanged products to you at our expense within 3 business days or within 14 days at the latest.

Attach a copy of the invoice and the Goods Return Form, which you can find HERE. You can also fill out the form electronically and send it to our e-mail address info@optimist.si.
